1. Currency & Payment
- Currency: All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- International Transactions: Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Location: We ship worldwide from the UAE.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- UAE: 1–2 working days
- GCC: 3–5 working days
- International: 5–10 working days
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
3. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your strap! If there’s an issue, we’ve got you covered:
Returns
- You may return unused, undamaged straps within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed in AED, using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
- Shipping fees for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
4. Custom Orders
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order straps are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Please double-check sizing and details before confirming custom orders.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will cover shipping for replacements in such cases.
