Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is available; however, all related shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

No. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are not included in the order total. Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery, in accordance with their local customs regulations.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unused, undamaged straps within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Yes, if you ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Please note that exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • They are processed in AED using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Custom Orders

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order straps are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please verify all sizing and personalization details before confirming your custom order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will cover the shipping cost for any approved replacement.

No, all Taji straps come with our classic Taji buckle, designed for timeless elegance and secure fastening.

Our buckle width is 20mm and the end sizes vary slightly depending on the strap collection to ensure a tailored fit:

  • Epson Leather Strap: 16mm
  • Signature Leather Collection: 16mm
  • Crocodile Collection: 18mm

These sizes are selected to match the width and taper of each strap for a secure and aesthetically balanced fit.

Strap Sizing & Fit

All Taji straps are designed with a 20mm lug width, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of watch cases that support this standard size.

Strap length is measured in centimeters (cm) and typically noted as X/Y cm (e.g., 11.5/7.5 cm):

  • The first number (X) represents the tail side strap (the longer part).
  • The second number (Y) refers to the buckle side strap (the shorter part, excluding the buckle).

If your current strap fits comfortably, it’s the best reference for your replacement:

  1. Remove your existing strap and measure both the tail side and buckle side individually using a ruler.
  2. Do not include the buckle in your measurement.
  3. Find a Taji strap with the same or similar dimensions for a comparable fit.
