1. Currency & Payment

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
  • International Transactions: Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Location: We ship worldwide from the UAE.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • UAE: 1–2 working days
    • GCC: 3–5 working days
    • International: 5–10 working days
  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your strap! If there’s an issue, we’ve got you covered:

Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged straps within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be processed in AED, using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order straps are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Please double-check sizing and details before confirming custom orders.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will cover shipping for replacements in such cases.
